The greens are large and are protected by 65 sand bunkers.
Eagel Trace also has an aqua driving range.
Par for the course is 71 for the men and 73 for the ladies. Holes 1 and 9 are par 5s for the women and par 4s for men. The course plays to 6,609 yards from the blue tees, 6,202 yards from the white, and 5,745 yards from the reds.

Club house closed and no answering of the phone on a Saturday. Check-in at the bar. Rough not mowed anywhere. Sand traps packed dirt with about an inch of sand in the bottom and some had standing water in them. May be going out of business. Very disappointing.

Had an 11:07 tee time, but didn't get out until 11:35 due to a Men's club tournament. Took almost 5 hours to play. They have irrigation problems due to lack of available water. No watering of fairways so that lots of dead grass. Greens and tees in good condition. Had kind of a funky layout with some cart paths from a green to next tee passed under another tee box. Lacked adequate cart paths so that you had to park far away and forward of tee, then walk back to the box. Visually appealing in many areas with gentle elevation changes. Perhaps when irrigation problem is solved course will be more attractive.

Great course, friendly staff, by far the best greens I've played this year. Fair, but challenging layout and great clubhouse with nice patio and views of the lake. Had as much fun in the clubhouse as I did on the course.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The course is well maintained, challenging, not too close to the houses, and has a good layout. The pro-shop and restaurant fit the bill for this course - inexpensive but not too many choices. Eagle Trace is a great course in this area and one that all types of golfers enjoy.

Very nice but not great. Greens in excellent shape. Well maintained. Best bang for the buck in the northern Denver suburbs. Hookers beware. Lots of OB on the left:

Course is easy to get tee times generally and pace of play is good. Can be difficult for beginners due to carries required from tees on some holes. Food at bar/grill is good but service can be slow.
